Perle Imperial
This caviar comes from a hybrid sturgeon, a cross between the Huso Dauricus and the Acipenser Schrenckii. Huso is the Beluga family and Acipenser the Asetra family. In short, this is a cross between a Beluga-like and an Asetra-like. The nursery in China is located on a huge natural lake, in some places this lake is 200 meters (!!) deep. The sturgeons grow up in basins and are released into the lake at a later age. In the lake the sturgeons can swim freely and search for food, this has a very positive influence on the taste and quality of the caviar. The price-quality ratio of this caviar makes it one of the most popular caviars available worldwide. This caviar is used by many starred restaurants in the Netherlands and abroad.

Baeri Classic
If you want to get acquainted with caviar, then Baeri Classic caviar is extremely suitable for this purpose. The caviar comes from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii), one of the most commonly farmed sturgeons. For many people, the Baeri Classic caviar has a recognisable, typical caviar taste and that makes it very popular. The caviar is known for its high quality and is one of the most eaten caviars in the world.

Italian Selection
A carefully selected caviar from northern Italy. The Italian Selection caviar comes from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) or White sturgeon (Acipenser transmontanus) and is renowned for its refined flavor. The eggs measure between 2.0 and 2.5 mm in size and range in color from anthracite to deep black. The taste is delicate and aromatic, with subtle notes of herbs and walnuts. Thanks to its soft texture and balanced flavor profile, the Italian Selection caviar is perfectly suited for a variety of culinary uses, from pure consumption to sophisticated dishes.

Classic Beluga
This caviar can only be described with superlatives. It is the most exclusive caviar available worldwide, with the most complex and distinct caviar flavour. The Beluga is the largest sturgeon of all species, can live to be the oldest and produces the largest eggs. This caviar comes from a farm where the natural life is imitated as much as possible, in fact everything is as it should be naturally. This farm is the only farm worldwide where 100% Beluga sturgeon are bred, unique in the world! This caviar gives the ultimate caviar experience and is almost indistinguishable from the former wild caviar. The taste is salty, creamy, nutty and gives a fantastic mouthfeel.

Asetra
The taste of this top product is mild and nutty on a salty background. This light caviar gives a creamy aftertaste. If you press these eggs gently against your palate, you will fully understand the reputation of the Russian Asetra product. A true taste sensation. The caviar has a diameter of between 2 and 3 millimetres and is brown to black in colour. A very recognisable caviar taste which pleases many people. This caviar is often used in restaurants and catering establishments. Partly because of this, this is one of the most used caviar species in the world and that guarantees quality. This high quality product is rapidly conquering the caviar market. This is because the price is very accessible to caviar lovers. We can conclude that the price-quality ratio is excellent for the Russian Asetra caviar.

Almas
Almas is the most expensive and exclusive caviar in the world. The caviar is also called “nec plus ultra” which means “the best of the best”. The Almas caviar comes from the Beluga, the largest sturgeon of all species. The eggs of the Beluga are relatively large and have a beautiful light gold colour.
